Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the Bytewillow Logic LLC website, inquiry forms, and remote consulting engagements. Please do not submit passwords, API keys, authentication codes, payment card details, or unrelated confidential files through public forms.

Information we collect

Bytewillow Logic LLC (“Bytewillow Logic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may collect contact information such as your name, organization, email address, phone number, and preferred contact method; engagement information such as system descriptions, architecture notes, and the service requested; transaction information such as the services purchased, amounts, and payment status; and basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and website usage information.

Payment card details are processed by the selected payment provider and are not intended to be stored by Bytewillow Logic. Please do not submit passwords, recovery codes, government identification numbers, health information, payment card details, or unrelated confidential files through public forms.

How we use information

We use information to review and respond to inquiries, determine whether a request fits our consulting scope, schedule and deliver advisory work, process payments, maintain engagement records, communicate about a project, improve website reliability, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.

Advisory engagements

During an architecture, audit, or advisory engagement, information you share about systems, infrastructure, and documents may be used solely to deliver the agreed scope. Clients should limit shared materials to what is needed for the work and remove unrelated confidential content where practical. Remote sessions occur only with your authorization for a defined window.

Service providers

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, process payments, communicate by email, host infrastructure, or meet legal requirements. Providers are expected to use information only to perform services for us or as required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention & security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. You may also ask us to update communication preferences. Some website data is collected automatically through standard server logs.
